You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you’re here. Most people don’t. What I’ve learned, in coaching and in my own life, is that the work usually starts with naming what’s actually in the way, not with picking a program off a menu.
So here’s how this is organized: start where you are, and let the work tell you where to go next.
Start here, on your own
If you’re not ready for a container yet, or you want to test the framework before committing to anything, start with the self-study collection:
Zone of Genius — find the work that’s actually yours to do, not the work you’ve inherited or defaulted into
Business Framework — build and lead a business from identity, not just strategy.
Purpose to Profit: Business Starter Toolkit — A guided workbook that walks you from "I have an idea" to a real business foundation, one page at a time.
Sandwich Generation — for those holding aging parents, growing kids, and their own ambitions at once, without disappearing in the middle
A good fit if: you’re a self-directed learner, you want to test the framework before investing in a container, or you’re not ready for live coaching yet but want to start doing the work.
Mizan — the container
A three-month container to get out of your own way, and stay out.
You know what you need to do. You just don’t do it. You overthink, over prepare, and still feel behind. You’ve read the books, taken the courses, made the plans, and the loop remains.
Mizan uses the Positive Intelligence (PQ) framework alongside the Khalifah Framework to identify the specific saboteurs, the inner voices and patterns, keeping you stuck, and build the mental fitness to quiet them. This isn’t positive thinking. It’s honest, structured inner work that produces real, observable change in how you show up.
Two ways to do it:
Mizan Collective — $1,750 (or 3 payments of $610) Group cohort, max 5, gender-based. Bi-weekly sessions, PQ assessment, app access, peer accountability.
Mizan Private — $3,750 (or 3 payments of $1,280) Just you and me. Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions, PQ assessment, app access, messaging support between sessions.
A good fit if: you’re capable and driven by most measures, and still stuck in the same loop no matter how much strategy or willpower you bring. Professionals, parents, educators, coaches. Muslim and non-Muslim, men and women. The Khalifah Framework is rooted in Islamic wisdom, and that root is never hidden, but you don’t need to share the faith to do the work.

Ihsan — the partnership
A six-month partnership for bringing your full mission and vision to life.
Ihsan is where we go beyond untangling what’s in the way and into building what’s actually yours to build, your mission, your business, your next chapter, led from wholeness instead of depletion.
This is the deepest container I offer, and it isn’t something you can purchase off a page. It starts with a clarity call, a conversation to see honestly whether this is the right container for where you are and what you’re building. Not every fit is right, and I’d rather tell you that on a call than have you find out three months in.
A good fit if: you’ve likely already done some version of the inner work, through Mizan or elsewhere, and you’re ready to build. You have real responsibility, real vision, and you’re done leading from a version of yourself that no longer fits.
Gemi holds an MBA and is a PCC-credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation, alongside her CPCC certification.
Wherever you start, you’re not expected to have this figured out alone. That’s the whole point.
